Partner Portal vs Supplier Portal
OKNowShop has two business portals. Use this page to know which one is for you.
Partner Portal (this documentation)
You are a marketplace seller selling to consumers on OKNowShop.
Typical work:
- List products, manage inventory and pricing
- Accept and ship customer orders (pickup/BOPIS only for an explicitly enabled pilot account)
- Run distribution links (and coupons/offers when available)
- Reconcile seller payouts, fees, and financial records
- Connect to suppliers for dropship or wholesale buying so you can offer more range — you remain the seller of record to the customer

Supplier Portal (separate docs)
You are a supplier / wholesaler / dropship operator supplying retailers on the network — not the consumer-facing seller brand (unless you also run a seller account).
Typical work:
- Publish supplier catalog and stock truth
- Accept supplier fulfilment / wholesale orders
- Manage seller connections and commercial terms from the supplier side
- Supplier settlements and trade documents
