Coupon Offers

Seller coupon, offer, and campaign workbenches are not currently available in Partner Portal. Do not plan a promotion around /coupon, /offers, or /campaigns, even if an old screenshot or dormant capability exists.

What sellers can use now

Use Distribution (/growth) to create tracked links for approved products or your seller profile. Distribution links support attributed acquisition; they do not create a customer coupon, choose an audience segment, or promise a discount at checkout.

See Growth Programme for the current workflow.

Current boundaries

There is no supported seller workflow today for:

  • creating percentage, fixed-value, or free-shipping offers;
  • targeting RFM, postcode, lifetime-value, or churn-risk segments;
  • automatically issuing seller coupons;
  • sending coupon email campaigns;
  • viewing seller coupon recipients; or
  • calculating coupon-attributed return on investment.

Marketplace loyalty coupons are a separate, centrally operated buyer benefit. They are not a seller coupon workbench. See Loyalty Program.

Before coupon tools can be treated as available

Wait until Partner Portal exposes the workflow for your account and shows:

  1. the discount and minimum-spend rules;
  2. who funds the discount;
  3. issue and redemption dates;
  4. combination rules at checkout;
  5. customer-consent and communication controls; and
  6. source-backed issuance, redemption, cost, and revenue records.

Until then, do not publish coupon codes or promise that a seller campaign will appear in customer accounts or checkout.

See Feature Availability for the current operational boundary.
